As Sisters In Zion!

A few Sisters from the Kandy Branch.

As sisters in Zion, we'll all work together;

The blessings of God on our labors we'll seek.

We'll  build up His kingdom with earnest endeavor;

We'll comfort the weary and strengthen the weak.

After church we had a YSA (Young Single Adult) activity.

First we had lunch.  A lady in the Branch made chicken, rice, curry and dhal for me. I'm not very good at cooking Sri Lankan food.

After eating we showed them a video, "Blessed and Happy are those Who Keep the Commandments".  Elder Keetch explains that commandments are like barriers that will keep us safe. Heavenly Father gave us commandments to keep us safe from harm.

We then had ice cream and talked about some activities we would like to do.

Last of all we played the card game, "UNO".

We had a very good time with these young people!
