Sight Seeing!

Visiting the Peradeniya Botanical Gardens.
We are with Elder and Sister Goodsell.

Monkeys on the suspension bridge.
I found out that the monkeys like people with white skin because they will feed the monkeys. Sometimes if they don't get food they might scratch you. They know if your skin is dark they will run away.
Smart monkeys!

I really don't like the suspension bridge so I stayed back and took pictures.

Sister Goodsell said these trees reminded her of something out of Dr. Seuss.
I would have to agree!

A group bringing moss in on a rope.

This is where they hang the moss. Looks pretty good!

Some fun pictures.

This tree is supposedly 250 years old.

Cannonball Tree!

My favorite place is the Orchid House!

Such beautiful flowers.

Stopped by the tree near Peradeniya University.
Probably our last photo here.

Visited The Tooth Temple.

Went to the Kandyan Cultural Center.
Enjoyed the dancing.
Ended the day going souvenir shopping and driving to see the Big Buddha on the hill.
Fun day with some great people!
We also appreciate Brother Upal driving for us.
