Today as we were out saw this guy on the street singing.
He actually did a pretty good job!
We were able to go to the Sansoni's for FHE and dinner.
We played scripture Jeopardy with a few "win it to minute" games.
This is Brother Shantha and Brother Sansoni trying to get the cookie from their forehead to their mouth. They were quick!
Dinner we had fried rice, Dahl, chicken curry, popadan and water spinach.
Water Spinach
Ipomoea aquatica is a semi-aquatic, tropical plant grown as a vegetable for its tender shoots and leaves. It is found throughout the tropical and subtropical regions of the world, although it is not known where it originated. This plant is known in English as water spinach, river spinach, water morning glory, water convolvulus, or by the more ambiguous names Chinese spinach, Chinese Watercress, Chinese convolvulus, swamp cabbage or kangkong in Southeast Asia.[2] Occasionally, it has also been mistakenly called "kale" in English, although kale is a variety of cabbage and is completely unrelated to water spinach, which is a species of morning glory.
It tasted a lot like spinach.
It was a good day!
