Today we had our District Meeting at the church. We arrived early to meet with a lady and do a few things before the meeting. At the church there are two security guards. They take turns cleaning the church and grounds. Today the guard on duty asked if we could watch the church while he went to get some lunch. This is something he normally doesn't do because he doesn't have much money.
We told him that it would be fine because we were going to be there for awhile. When he came back he had the biggest smile on his face. He bought us two milks and two doughnuts. It was very humbling to take them from him. I know he spent all that he had just for us. I was very touched by his generosity. We are so blessed to be around such giving people.
