This morning we met a new family.
Maheshi, Nishanthini, Linuk and Padmini
Linuk playing outside wearing flip flops two sizes to big.
We were fed a delicious meal of roti, pancakes, puri (a type of Indian Bread), chicken, sambol, Dahl and jaggery. Thanks for such delicious food!
We were so full after eating that Elder Luke had to run some of it off racing with Linuk.
This is Sister Erondi. She is the one that introduced us to the family this morning. We are trying to get a selfie as we ride in the three wheeler.
Next on our list of things to do today was buy flowers. Nimeshi went with us to help pick out the flowers. We are going to plant them at the church tomorrow for our "Light The World" service project.
In the evening we met another family. This is beautiful Anjalika.
Here we are with her mother, Nilanthi and Sister, Chiranthika.
I'm sitting on the lap of Sister Erondi, who introduced us to the family.
Walking back to Erondi's home.
We ended our day with a delicious meal of potatoes, green beans, rice, chicken, Brinjul and chutney.
We appreciate Sister Erondi and how she takes care of us.
A GREAT day of sharing about "Light The World"
